Packed well.

Ok but the other items i ordered from them not so good...sofa bed was the wrong colour..and very small had to order another one an keep this one as a spare..they never replied to my email an no phone number to contact them so not happy...the 2 cupboards i ordered were ok...but the bean bag still smells of human dried old wee it must of been stored somewhere or in transit where it was weed on?? and came with no filling so cost me an extra £30 on top it didnt say that on the description..in fact all the descriptions for their items are not descriptive enough the sofa bed had no size an the picture made it look bigger than what it is...wont be using them again and advise others not too as well...

Unfortunately I can't recommend this seller. We specifically bought this product from here because the delivery time was less than anywhere else. We were due to get it delivered 27-30 May. And shortly before that we received an email to say it was shipped. However we also got an email from the seller saying it wouldn't be in stock until 6 June.

They claimed they marked it as shipped because they booked the delivery in yet couldn't tell us the specific date and it would be shipped "shortly after". Clearly they didn't want the website to flag up that they didn't ship on time.

To be fair to the seller, they offered a complete refund but by the time we ordered from somewhere else we might as well have waited anyway.

Disappointing but it did turn up on the 10th. Unfortunately won't be buying from here again.

Big problems with delivery ( delivered with two parts, after many emails)

We had to contact the seller (via email) about delivery when it hadn't arrived as scheduled, only to discover that it hadn't even been dispatched, despite an email saying it had. They were quick to respond and informed us it'd be collected by courier the next working day. We probably should have, but we didn't contact them about the chipped drawer front because we desperately needed the space the chest of drawers created.
