I have paid for a chrome shower enclosure and they send me a black one which did not fit the colour in my bathroom. I was not home when my builder installed it and I was shocked when I saw it in the afternoon. I asked the company for a refund, and now they say I should have checked the item. They are rude and irresponsible for the damage they caused.

I thought I would write a review on this purchase. I had to get a refund for the full amount as the item was delivered faulty with parts missing.

Although the messages and refund request was met openly and actioned quickly the thing that would put me off using this site again was the fact I bought the fire for my parents who are both in their 70s. The fire was deliver at 5.45am and picked up once it was discovered faulty at 5.15am.

I find it very sketchy that a reputable courier service would pick that time of the day to deliver and uplift such a heavy and expensive piece of equipment.
