Absolutely appalling service. I still haven’t received my order despite being told it had been dispatched. I wasn’t even given a tracking number until I chased them for one myself, which immediately made me question whether it had actually been sent at all.
This was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift from my son to my husband, and because of your poor communication and failure to deliver, that special occasion has been completely ruined.
To make matters worse, I’ve since seen multiple reviews from other customers claiming they’ve received counterfeit items. That has left me questioning whether, if my order ever does arrive, it will even be genuine. At this point, I have very little confidence in this company.
I sincerely hope my order still turns up because I’ve spent a lot of money on this item, but the lack of communication, the missed delivery expectations, and the concerns raised by other customers have completely destroyed my trust.
I am extremely disappointed and feel like I’ve been scammed. Taking payment and then leaving customers to chase for basic information is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this company again and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.
