Late delivery for this order.

Came on time item ass described

If there was a 0 rating I would award it to Easy Life. The item I ordered was delivered in very good time, however it was not as described on the webpage I ordered it from. It was damaged, there were missing parts and the wrong USB cable was supplied. They agreed to replace this with the correct items but it never arrived. They agreed to send another one and this too has not arrived. So it is now over 3 months since the original order was placed and still nothing. What a disgrace. Do not do business with this company they are totally unreliable.

I brought this dress for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately it is over a week passed the later date of a delivery date and when I requested a new date I was told it would be in a couple of days. Still no dress and now will not be here in time for her birthday. Minimal communication from seller

I specifically ordered this dress due to the arrival date! This was on of the only things my daughter wanted for her birthday and it will not be here in time now!

We ordered the Isabella dress 22/03 for my daughter's birthday party 02/04.

The delivery date window pre-purchase and at point of order (22/03 email) was 26th - 29th March.
This was again confirmed on dispatch (23/03 email) as 26th -29th March.

We then got no further notifications at all.
We followed tracking number provided everyday in hope of finding where it was, but it showed nothing of any significance.

The dress was eventually delivered 07/04, which is:
* 16 days after it was paid for,
* 15 days after you (the seller) stated it had been dispatched,
* 9 days after latest possible delivery date advertised before pruchase and advised after purchase, and
* 5 days after my daughters 5th birthday party it was bought for :(

This is shockingly bad and cannot be excused by appeal to Covid since you (seller) claim it was shipped the very next day 23/03.

To date i have heard nothing from the seller to apologise or explain why the package was so late.

We are all (including my 5 year old daughter) extremely disappointed, not to mention embarrassed that at her Encanto party she (the birthday girl) did not have her Birthday Cosplay Isabella dress when all her friends did have Encanto dresses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have not received our item

The sellers service was excellent it was well wrapped and delivered on time.
