I will never order from OnBuy again, and I would hope Elionexpress get a visit from Trading Standards.
ITS A CON AND SCAM!!
I bought a echo dot kids for my daughters birthday, when setting it up, I was unable too because the seller has reported it as stolen or lost, which now makes it black listed/unable to use it.
My 7 year old is so upset and I’m hoping they respond to my message to them!!
I have seen multiple reviews stating they have had the same to them
I wouldn’t even give it a one star but I have no choice!!
