I purchased two PCs from EZZTECH through OnBuy. Both were supplied with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. After investigating the systems, I discovered both use Intel 3rd generation processors that are not officially supported by Microsoft for Windows 11.

When I attempted to reinstall Windows using Microsoft's official installation media, it refused to install because the hardware does not meet Microsoft's Windows 11 requirements. This means the PCs cannot be restored using Microsoft's official installation process.

As Windows 11 was already installed when the PCs were supplied, it appears an unsupported method was used to bypass Microsoft's hardware compatibility checks. Despite raising this with EZZTECH, they continued to maintain that the PCs are compatible with Windows 11 and never properly addressed my concerns.

I also followed the BIOS instructions provided by EZZTECH, after which one of the PCs would no longer boot. They repeatedly offered to reinstall Windows but did not explain why Windows 11 had been supplied on unsupported hardware.

After numerous emails and delays, I still have no satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I found both the products and the after-sales support extremely disappointing and would not recommend this seller.
