Their tracking system is completely unreliable — I was never told who would be delivering my parcel, and I only received an email two hours before delivery. That gave me no chance to be home to receive the item.
The parcel was then left in a place where anyone could have taken it, and the seller didn’t even tell me where it had been left. I only found out after I contacted them myself.
The parcel was safe purely because of where I live, not because of anything the seller did.
This experience has put me off using OnBuy.com in future.
