I haven't received my Order, it has been almost 3 weeks, I will be seeking a refund of over £60, very disappointed

Very Poor..... Decription was for a Mars Coat King when it arrived it was just a chinees copy. Seller needs to advertise their items as is and not infringe copyright and patent laws just to make a sale

Estoy muy decepcionada con el servicio, ya que todavía no he recibido mi pedido, a pesar de que ha pasado casi un mes. Nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para explicarme el motivo del retraso. Además, en mi cuenta de la tienda online, el pedido aparece como entregado, aunque nunca lo he recibido.
