I received this wardrobe, a crucial part , the front drawer was missing, instructions state Part 10. Initially after several ON Buy messages and no move forward. I contacted Furniture 321 directly and was told that it would be followed up. Later received a message from On Buy to say the person dealing with it was ill and not in work. Now it states return window closed, no part has arrived, no messages replied to and account states to contact customer services, I either need the wardrobe returned, to be refunded or the Part, its simply not good enough. Customer service has been shocking!
