In the event you need to return your order to Futura Direct Ltd, please contact our customer service team on our customer service email address [email protected] Any item must be returned in its original packaging complete with the original contents. A copy of your order confirmation or invoice must be included. If it is a change of mind then the customer has 30 days to inform and return the item back to Futura Direct for a full refund (this does not include the return postage) If the item is faulty Futura Direct Ltd will cover the collection cost and arrange the collection with you do not send the item back until you have spoken to Futura Direct, sending an item back without speaking to Futura Direct and obtaining a RMA (Return merchandise authorization) Number. If the item is to be returned due to a 'change of mind' you must arrange the return of the item yourself, However our customer service team can help recommend low cost carrier options. If the Customer requests a refund for a Cancellable Product then such refund shall be processed by the Futura Direct as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from the date the Seller received the instruction to cancel the Cancellable Product from the Customer provided the Seller receives the Product(s) back from the Customer in the condition the Customer received them/it in; If the Customer requires a refund because a Product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, reasonable postage and packing costs (being Royal Mail's standard postage cost) incurred by the Customer in returning the Product(s) to the Seller will be refunded to the Customer along with the full cost of the Product;
