I would give zero stars if I could! I contacted Wahl directly as the clippers were brand new and appeared faulty. Wahl thankfully told me the product i bought was COUNTERFEIT. The seller was challenged and asked to send me a genuine pair of wahl clippers, they stated themselves that they couldn't provide a pair of real clippers so refunded me the full amount. Stay away and do not use this seller!!! Fraudster
