POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES AND WITH HOLDING MY REFUND ALTHOUGH ITEM WAS POSTED BACK WITH A DPD RETUN LABEL PROVIDED BY COMPANY. I HAVE PROVIDED PROOF THAT ITEMS WAS RETURNED 18/09/2026 AND HERE WE ARE TODAY 16/10/2026 AND STILL NO REPLY OR REPLY AND I HAVE PAID FOR ITEMS I DO NOT HAVE IN MY POSSESSION. WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND, DISGRACEFUL PLAYING WITH PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY SO UNFORTUNATE I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR I ONLY WISH THEY HAD MINUS STARS.
