I was offered a refund or wait for new stock. I chose to wait but nothing arrived.
I then contacted again and was told I am not getting a refund.
The items received were not the items ordered, in addition to both items being damaged and the boxes already being opened (ripped) despite the package being wrapped. This means it was sent to me on that condition and the damage could not have happened during transit as the broken pieces were not in the box.
On informing the seller of the same at first they did not believe me as they had not reviewed the images sent with the return request.
Once they have reviewed them, they agreed I could return the items but expected me to arrange the return myself. I then contacted Onbuy directly who were most helpful. Thankful for their support as this is definitely a rouge seller! AVOID THEM
