Then when the 2nd phone did turn up eventually after setting up I checked serial number on apple's website it said this item was already registered in September 2022 this means I don't have the one year applecare cover.
I gained further suspicion when inside the sealed box everything look right the box had a date 2022 the phone was registered 2022 and the small leaflet instruction pack with the SIM tray tool was copyright 2023 how can that be if it was already registered phone in 2022?
Is this repacked in fake box fake packaging is the phone it'self fake? whatever it is it isn't right.
Now I've wasted hours syncing and setting up all of the phone to how I want it.
Factory reset and full refund required I could really do with some compensation for my trouble.
EDIT: Eventually this was seen by the OnBuy team and I was refunded. The seller then asked to amend this review, which I have done. The phone never turned up. From other reviews in the previous two weeks I looked, this seemed a consistent pattern. I wouldn't shop here again.
