The product arrived on time but has been damaged in transit.

I was extremely disappointed to have received a small parcel which appeared to look like a pair of brackets or attachments
to the above item. It was not what I expected. I expected to receive a toddlers bicycle but instead only received the atrached item in the photograph and I paid £22.91 for this item which in my opinion is extortionate. The advertisement itself was very misleading & I an now trying to chase a refund d & I have the additional unnecessary hassle of trying to return the item to them. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my young grandson but now I'll have to keep looking again. Just for the record ive used Onbuy before & never had any issues or been mislead like this before. Not happy
