I had an issue with a software download as I had inadvertently clicked through to a scam web address. I was concerned the seller was not authentic. As soon as I enquired to Gosoftware I was contacted with a precise explanation about the error and redirected to the exact location where the product downloaded seamlessly. Customers be aware that fraudsters disguise themselves with similar and convincing web addresses.
Problem quickly resolved with my purchase of a very reasonably priced product.
