Good customer service

I ordered the goods 26th Dec, I am still waiting for the screws that should have been sent with the product, 10 weeks now, the seller keeps saying they will send but still nothing. Also the large table is damaged which i did receive a partial refund for after 9 weeks of constant chasing. would never buy from this seller ever again.
