The supplier agreed to send a returns label, but that never showed.
After chasing it, I was told they have a "system error" and are unable to send return labels! They offered a 50% refund which I refused.
I was then offered an 80% refund which I reluctantly accepted.
They then asked me to leave them a 5 star review!
The only good thing is that they did at least reply to my emails fairly quickly.
