Ordered the e5b and changed my mind quickly which seller issued refund immediately and I purchased the toursor x8 instead (glad I did tbh) the things a beast - I have beaten stock surrouns a few times even off the launch which is impressive for £1,200 brand new!
Delivery was just under a week and the seller provided tracking number within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery was handled by 2 men and I was called prior to delivery to ensure I would be available.
Had an issue with the brake sensors not working out of the box but this is a minor issue and you can still use the scooter as intended.
HERES THE STRANGE PART (read this)
I ordered the scooter which states 35ah battery and only 4kw motors - my battery is 40ah and the motors are rated 5kw peak so they have actually gave me a better deal than I was expecting - ofcourse spec varies to each unit and seller but this seller (Gunai) obviously made sure I was looked after and was given a good scooter.
Messaging the seller directly through WhatsApp etc they are very reliable - responds everyday to every question etc and also offered me a discounted price on a smaller scooter which I have brought - the ootd t10!
