did not work, i did not have time to complain, its upsetting when companies send you items that are not tested

Bought for Halloween. Item never arrived. It is now February and they still have not refunded me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER!

Awful. 2 items didn't arrive and still trying to get my money back

I am happy with the service I have received with my order. It was well packed and arrived promptly. I will definitely order again if this proves to be helpful

Avoid this seller at all costs. Placed an order back in October, still haven’t received item as of January 2024.

The postage took 2 weeks + and I believe this is a copy from china as the postage label gave it away I have been using for 2month + no result

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I bought an item on the 12/10/23 and this seller sent fraudulent info of postage. Then he admitted it hadn't been sent and said it was now on its way. It still didn't arrive so he said he'd refund me. It never happened. After an absolute nightmare I finally got a refund from OnBuy but even that was a hassle. I've only just got the refund 15/1/24. I will never use OnBuy again in my life and I would recommend everyone stays clear of this seller. I made OnBuy aware of all the terrible feedback on this seller (which I hadn't seen when I purchased) and yet the seller is still on here.
