Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this seller as they sold me the wrong product. It was a minor detail of the product which was wrong, or not as advertised, but still, had to send it back, given that it has to do with PH levels that I was going to be exposing my hair to. So the percentage and specific type of the shampoo was not as advertised or as pictured. I was not happy with it and reached out to the seller to let them know. They did not communicate anything back to me, not even in time. No communication. Avoid bad seller. I had to open a case against them in the end. Not good.
