The watch was unwearable as a pin was missing. Went to and fro CS but I didn’t feel
Anything got resolved. They wouldn’t provide a UK or any other return address but claimed all products to be returned to their factory (not in UK) but this address wasn’t shared and I didn’t want to return to the address on the website without their agreement and not get any sort of refund. I ended up sorting the issue myself which was quite cheap to do but astonished they dealt with my issue quite badly. I would shop from here unless you are 100% certain you want the item and be prepared to make repairs of your own back. On the plus side - the watch is lovely.
