Not good you e'mailed saying product has been despatched however when it did'nt arrive and i enquired it seems it never was as you say there is a problem with our logistics and we cannot ship even thoigh you said it was already on it's way, to top it off you are saying a refund can take up to another 30 days???? Something is off
