Royal Mail are to blame for the original one still not turning up, they let both the seller & myself down. However, the seller went 'above & beyond' to sort this out, both his communication & custoner service has been second to none; absolutely fantastic!
I guess the real test of how good a company is, is how they deal with a problem. In this case, the problem was caused by a third party (Royal Mail), but the seller did everything he could to resolve it; I can't thank him enough!
I would have no hesitation in buying from them again, highly recommended! Thak you.
