Good customer service
This company is completely irresponsible. They send customers completely wrong items, hoping people will just accept them without causing a fuss. I’ve been waiting for three weeks now and having to fight to get my money back. They sent me the wrong products because the ones I actually ordered were out of stock—without even informing me or canceling the order. Now, I’m stuck waiting for a refund for a mistake that was entirely theirs.
