Good customer service
Received e-mail to say item has been despatched. Tried to make contact to check as delivery was late.
Not reason or contact received from seller and just received an notification from one-buy the money has been refunded and may take 30 days to come through. This was a key Christmas present and really annoyed that they said it was despatched already, when clearly it hadn't been. also that I wont get my money back in time on a £300 item, so cant buy something else. Very annoyed and do not recommend this company. Only giving 1 star as there's no options for minus stars...
