**Very disappointing delivery experience**
I placed my order on 27 June, but it did not arrive until 13 July. Throughout the delay, IMPALAA LTD repeatedly asked me to wait without providing a clear or reliable delivery date.
Their responses often came very late, and it sometimes took a long time to receive any reply. The account felt largely unattended, which made the experience frustrating and gave me little confidence that the problem was being properly handled.
I was first given an Evri tracking number and later a different Royal Mail tracking number, which made the situation even more confusing. The seller’s final response simply said that they “hoped” the item would arrive soon, rather than providing a proper explanation or confirmed update.
The product eventually arrived, but I am very unhappy with the seller’s communication, slow responses and handling of the delivery. Based on this experience, I would not order from IMPALAA LTD again.
