I ordered two packs of Recharge ultra Duracells and paid the price for the recharge ultra batteries but you sent me two packs of normal rechargeable duracells, im disabled due to this no doubt i will have to get to a post office now, the whole point my ordering online is so i dont have to go out as im severly disabled, so thanks for the work ive got to put in to try and put this right.
