Item never received. Left messages to the seller and had no reply . Do not buy from them

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered 5 items, only one arrived. Have received nothing back from either the retailer or Onbuy. Avoid using this site at all costs

FINALLY refund paid. After complaining to a site called Pissedconsumer! Not sure whether it's the seller John Player store, or onbuy who actually paid out the refund, but I'm very pleased to receive it.

No problem at all, package was not over the top undamaged and delivered with in the time stated so we'll done and thanks

Never received the item sender stopped responding

Sold me 2 x packs of contact lens solution and only delivered one. No amount of messages made them deliver the second. Don't trust them

Haven’t received my order no communication, no tracking as suggest there should be. No response from John Player despite the website stating you will receive a response in 48 hours.
DOT NOT PURCHASE THROUGH ONBUY AS THEY ARE PREPARED TO RECOMMEND THESE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SCAMMERS, READ THE REVIEWS. WE ALL HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AWARE. PLEASE ALL NOTIFY YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES, BANKS, PAYPAL AND ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHOD YOU MAY HAVE USED.

Nightmare seller to deal with. The item never arrived despite me waiting 3 weeks. Absolute waste of time. Now all my requests to cancel the order and get a refund fell on deaf ears. DON'T COME CLOSE TO THIS SELLER unless you are mentally prepared to fight to get your money back. OnBuy customer service is absolutely useless. You can't contact them and they can't be bothered stepping in to resolve the issue.... DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE ! RUN AWAY !!
