Ordered a 12 pack of tissues on the 16th December 2021 was advised delivery for 20-21st December 2021 - not delivered
contacted early January and advised they would be despatched - showing despatched on the 4th January 2022 with estimated delivery 6th-7th January 2022 by the 10th January 2022 order still not here - advised it must have gone missing in transit and offered either refund or item to be resent - foolishly i said resend item & they promised it would have premium delivery - Order has still not arrived and order has not been updated on site with new delivery information so I am sceptical that it has been resent - I have contacted them twice since to ask for a refund and have had no response and no refund & it is now 22nd January.
I will be contacting paypal on Monday if this is not resolved with a refund
