Good customer service
Failed to deliver on agreed date. Then advised delivery was 'damaged' and needed to send replacement. This was also not delivered on agreed date and seller stopped communicating. We had to cancel our cloakroom makeover and raise a dispute with Onbuy. Worst experience ever :(
