Ordered a green Swan mixer, received a copper “neo” mixer. Requested a return or refund which they said they would send out a form and it’s not been received. I just want my money back now so i can buy what i actually wanted elsewhere As stated above

I'm very disappointed in the service of this seller blackmailed me refusing to refund me unless I removed my negative review based on my experience as a buyer with them. Their responses were unprofessional, with poor English and a lack of detail.

On 07/07/24 I placed an order for a Razer Kiyo Pro webcam, this item was due to be delivered by the 12th or 13th, I contacted the seller on 10/07/2024 asking if the package was still being delivered by the 12th or 13th since I noticed there weren't any updates on shipping. They replied saying it'll be sent out the same day I messaged asking about it. As the past few days afterward passed I kept checking the shipping details to notice there hadn't been any updates and the promised delivery time of the 12th, and 13th had passed by this began making me concerned.

However I figured maybe the shipping company was having delays I decided I'd be patient and wait until Monday to see if there had been any updates on the shipping, I noticed on Tuesday it said the item was delivered this gave me red flags since I did not have any package delivered to me. I contacted the shipping company Yodel asking about my package I was told the recipient details I provided do not match the tracking number of the package meaning the seller had put other details than provided by OnBuy. I contacted the seller and they told me it was their mistake/fault and they'd look into it.

I'm unaware how a seller could ship an item to another recipient when I contacted them the same day before they shipped asking if my package would be on time since it hadn't been shipped. The only thing I can think of is the seller double-sold the item and sent it to someone else but maybe has been lying to me giving me the same tracking information as to whoever they shipped it to.

Today is 10 days since I placed my order and it's 5 days from the promised delivery timestamp. Never received anything, I would honestly just like a refund.
