The phone I ordered on May 9th was not delivered to me. The payment was made through Klarna, and now no one is refunding their money and they are looking for it from me, on the condition that I did not receive this phone?! According to you, my shipment was lost, and then you said that this phone was not in stock because it was on sale! Please investigate this problem, because this is the most unfair thing that has ever happened to me when shopping online!
