It arrived, the quality is ok. The problem is the sizing is very small. I bought 24month size. My child is 15months and did not fit.
I wanted to exchange/return and buy a larger size. Seller was not interested at all. Refused any exchange or return. Even though they state in the listings that returns are accepted. Had to get OnBuy customer support to step in to assist. Even after the seller was forced to accept the return they tried to offer £2 refund for the item I paid £13.99 for.
They wasn't even interested in swapping for a large size. Very poor customer service.
Their attitude was you chose that size so your problem. With clothing it can happen that items don't fit.
Eventually they excepted the return and I got a refund. This was only because OnBuy stepped in.
A lot of hassle. Not worth it at all. I DO NOT recommend this seller.
