TERMS & CONDITIONS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are for any reason not completely satisfied with your item, simply return it to us for a full refund within 30 days. Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging ( not worn or used). All parts and accessories must be included in the return.
We have the right to deduct an amount if the value has been diminished by the customer handling goods beyond what is necessary and that what may be reasonably allowed in a shop.

Fault :

If in the unlikely event, your item is faulty upon receipt, simply return it to us , once we have confirmed the fault, we will offer a replacement only. Refund will only be given, if no further stock is available. Refund will be made in full ( including all postage costs ). If item returned is not found faulty, no refund will be given and product will need to be collected, at customer's costs.

Cancellation :

You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 30 days from the day after the date of delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until they have been received by us using appropriate protective packaging. You must not delay return of the goods and should send them back 14 days of when you have informed us to cancel your purchase.

Non Returnable items once opened and used include underware, bedding, pillows, mattress toppers. This is in line with the consumer contract regulations 2013 for the purpose of Heath & Hygiene.

Food and any perishable ite is also non returnable.

Deliveries :

To help facilitate delivery of goods ordered within the agreed timescales, delivery may be made in your absence of attendance. It is the consumer's legal obligation to ensure availability to accept the delivery as appropriately estimated and communicated via the seller and/or chosen courier company. Unless a specified safe place is nominated, the driver will use their discretion to choose an appropriate location to safely deliver your order in your absence. Liquidated Goods Ltd will not accept responsibility for any subsequent theft or damaged of goods ordered under any circumstance.

Refused Deliveries :

Please note UPS charge £12 for Failed/Refused Deliveries. This will be deducted from the original purchase price upon refund.

Good customer service
Definitely would not buy from this seller again. The item was described as new but came in a tatty box. When I requested a return the seller responded with an abrupt message saying that if the refund was not needed then they would take me to court!!! As an online customer, items can be returned within 14 days regardless anyway! After several attempts of trying to get me to exchange the item, I clearly said I want to return.
I paid for return and returned the package. I had received confirmation from Royal Mail but not the seller. I then chased up the return and the seller responded with “it has taken 9 days for the package to be returned”. I’m sorry? How is that even relevant??
Very unprofessional, (although the seller spews a lot of legal jargon in their messages to try and sound it) and very bad customer service. Quick to take the money but doesn’t want to return it. Got my money back after emailing Onbuy customer service, who were very prompt and helpful. First bad experience in OnBuy, will be more careful next time.
