I didn't check delivery times before buying as I assumed cat food would be pretty prompt but it was a range of over two weeks for delivery from date of order. Delivery didn't arrive within their timescale and no response to my "where's my oirder" query.
Had to escalate to Onbuy who have said they are issuing a refund but the refund is still 7-10 working days before I get my money back so someone has had my money for about a month and no action appears to have been taken against the seller.
You will not receive your order.
They do not respond to requests for shipping info.
