A different model that described was delivered. The seller claims the advertised model was OOS yet continued to keep it advertised for days after this information was shared with me.
A £5 “gesture of goodwill” was offered to me if I wanted to keep the product I received. I explicitly explained that I wanted to send it back if I don’t receive £13 (this is to cover the value difference between the product I ordered and the one I received). I waited 10 days for a reply at which point I had to nudge them. Instead of processing the return or giving part refund they now offered me £8. How this was a negotiation was beyond me.
Finally return was processed but I was expected to be at my address on a day they picked. How is a single person working full time supposed to do this? Luckily I happened to be at home that day, so product on it’s way finally…
Usual process these days is to email QR code so the customer can return at a counter at their convenience.
I can summarise this as one of my worst customer service experiences. I will never use this seller ever again .
