Delivery at time and seller inform about delivery

Order still not delivered, Not very Happy

As I’ve said on the review I’ve not received my item I bought since ninth of February and I was told I will get it before 14th February Valentine’s Day later they change it to 24th February, still I’ve not received the item very poor service

I bought this item from a seller called Lyra....that turned out to be complete fraud!!!. They sent wrong tracking and delivery numbers. Kept sending me to Yodel with wrong details....knowing fully well that they were fraud but doing all dodgy things like saying 'oh we had a wrong address,...oh we have sent the correct parcel number.....
My consistent request for refund was flatly ignored!! And Onbuy was not helpful!! Pls run from Lyra or Onbuy if you can.
