never received the item ordered emailed them through on buy, sadly no reply!! A bad company to deal with !! No money returned

Thought I was buying in a sale & at reduced price a cowgirl western dress as it was showing description & pictures online on the site but I actually received a big red bow contacted the company number of times attached photos of my order showing the cowgirl dress & description of what I thought I was ordering finally got back to me saying they sent what I ordered the big red bow, absolutely appalling customer service & can see they are still listing the cowgirl western dress at reduced price, avoid buying at all cost as if everyone thinks they’re getting a bargain at the reduced price but then actually receive wrong item but think it’s not worth sending it back as it was on sale & will cost more to send than the price of the item, how many people & how much money will this company rip people off who like me was deceived as obviously showing wrong item to the listing…..!!!

Product didn't arrive and I received no response from the seller. Appalling service, possibly a scam.

Item brought for xmas present, arrived within time specified and my daughter loved it, really good quality. Iv never used Onbuy before and was reassured after this order. Thank you

Didn’t get a reply when contacted about an undelivered item.

After the item not arriving by the last day given. I made contact with the seller to ask what delivery method had been used and if I could have a tracking number. I got a one line reply to say Royal Mail.
I replied to ask for the tracking number and advised that I required the item for the coming weekend. No reply I just got a notification from PayPal to say I had a refund. Returned to this site to check and the seller has now marked the item as Out of Stock.
Poor advertising (you must have known you didn’t have stock when the order was placed), poor communication and rubbish service.

The worst - fraud company. Avoid at all costs.
