The phone turned up on time. Now i know this was a refurbished phone but it was classed as a GOLD But unfortunately the screen was damaged and loads of damage around the edge of the phone which I don't class as a gold refurbished and for the price I paid not worth it.

The entire order arrived in about 4 days, which is a very positive surprise. Everything was simple and clear; I didn't need to seek help from customer service.

The item was not packed properly and was delivered without the original phone box.

A pleasant experience will definitely be using this particular seller for such future purchases.

I haven’t received the order in time so I let them know ! They said they will proceed a replacement order! After 1 week didn’t post anything! I was waiting for my order that should arrive second day after I placed 2 week and they didn’t send anything! I ask for for cancellation of my order The costumer Services very unprofessional!
