I ordered Apple AirPods Pro from a retailer on the OnBuy website. The order was marked as dispatched the next day, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. However, I did not receive any tracking details or updates. After a week, with no product or updates, I contacted the retailer, who provided unhelpful and vague responses. They eventually promised delivery within 7 days, but this deadline was also missed.

Frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency, I reached out to OnBuy's customer support. While OnBuy was responsive and contacted the retailer on my behalf, the retailer still refused to provide tracking details, raising serious concerns about their reliability. After two weeks with no progress, OnBuy refunded my money, which I appreciated.
while OnBuy's customer service was helpful, I strongly advise against purchasing from this particular retailer due to their poor communication and failure to fulfill the order.
