This kennel is flimsy and small, so my partner had ordered a bigger one for our dogs for our holiday, it was to be delivered to our holiday destination and it was promised to be there on time, and it hasn’t turned up, so he has been robbed and the seller and onbuy are ignoring his emails, he paid £210 for a larger kennel, and we needed it for our dogs for our holiday, so thank you to the seller and onbuy, you ruined our holiday and because we had nowhere to put our dogs apart from in a car, one of our dogs had to be taken to the vets.
We are now into the full week of our holiday with no kennel and we are having to cut our holiday short, we could have used that money to pay someone to look after our dogs but we wanted to take them with us, but it has all been ruined and the money has been robbed. As you can see, I am not happy at all.
