I contacted them about tge chipped door and they said it was due to installation! Offered me a derisory £20. The item is cheap chipboard and is really not fit for purpose.

Company is rubbish to deal with. Brought a wardrobe. Marked as dispatched but they have messaged saying the item is out of stock. Asked to cancel the order and they are saying speak to onbuy. The person messaging under the name Noreen has no customer service skills. Unless you have time to waste i wouldnt bother dealing with this site.
