All our stock is genuine UK sourced stock.
We are a UK VAT registered company and all prices include VAT. As we trade in recycled goods many items are sold under a marginal VAT scheme so we are not able to automatically display VAT amounts on invoices. If you require a VAT invoice, please simply contact us to see if the item you purchased is sold with standard VAT.
We gladly entertain all genuine claims, however the phone MUST NOT be physically opened, manipulated or altered (this includes software hacks/unlocking attempts). Your phone must not be taken to any repair shop or other technician, as this will void the warranty.
We hold the right to decline any false claims.
Please check your phone is functioning correctly within 3 working days of receipt. Any transit damage or visible faults must be reported within this time frame for a replacement or refund.
If your phone arrives damaged or inoperable we will replace the phone or provide a full refund including the postage.
You can still return your item if you are simply unhappy with it within the first 30 days of you receiving it. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging, with full box & its contents as provided (e.g. phone, charger & adaptors, pc cable, box, etc) and in a resalable condition.
All returns must be pre-authorised. Please contact us with the reason for your return. We will then email you a return address to send the item back. This is to help us to track the returns and apply the credits to the correct purchase (ie: yours).
All returns must be received to us within 7 days of us authorising a return for the item.
Please note that if the returned goods are not in the same condition as they were sent out then a reduction in value may to be applied to the returned item. We will calculate this by looking at what the item can be resold for and inform you via email.
We strongly advise you to return the phone via recorded delivery. If in the unlikely event the phone is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
The Customer will bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items whilst in transit to us.
Handsets that have been returned to us under the 30 day defect warranty will undergo a full diagnostic test prior to any decision being made for refunds/replacements.
If you return an item not found to be faulty we will contact you to arrange redelivery. We may in some instances, at our discretion, issue a refund for the original price excluding shipping.
If the item is found to be faulty and we cannot replace the phone a refund will be issued for the full original amount paid including shipping.
Items lost in outward transit will be reimbursed after 14 working days for the UK and 30 working days for the rest of the world
