Sadly I cannot give zero stars, or I would.

Item arrived cracked and damaged. A replacement was slowly sent and the second item was even more damaged than the first. The company will not process a refund for me and I cannot return the items as this debacle has gone on for so long that the returns window has closed. Disgraceful quality and service.
