The phone developed a fault after about seven months, when the screen became partially unresponsive. When we contacted the seller, Nyznia, they promptly provided a return label, and the phone was sent back for inspection. Three weeks later, I was informed that the phone was water damaged and had been repaired, yet problems were still arising during the testing process. Upon my response that a swift resolution would be welcome, Nyznia offered to replace the damaged phone with a new one. I accepted the offer, and approximately ten days later the replacement phone arrived. I am very pleased with how the matter was handled. Although the process took some time, Nyznia ultimately resolved the issue by providing a brand-new replacement phone, which I consider exemplary customer service.
