The seller, OnBuy, was brilliant. I was kept updated on delivery times and received regular email/text message when there was a problem with the Post Office. On the expected day of delivery I received a message asking if the phone had been delivered. It hadn’t but very quickly I was informed of the delivery window and the phone arrived as promised. Well chuffed with the customer service. The packaging was perfect, plenty of bubble wrap in a sturdy box. No chance of the phone being damaged, very reassuring.

I've been burnt by other online sellers in the UK before, but Nyznia consistently kept me up to date with order and shipping/tracking info. The item took a little longer than expected to arrive (but still before their first estimated arrival date). It was well packaged to prevent damage and the manufacturer's box was undamaged and still sealed. Overall...everything I hoped for with no issues.
