I ordered a swimming pool twice because the first order was cancelled and refunded within two hours of payment. I now have to wait three working days to receive my money back, despite it leaving my account immediately.
I placed a second order, received a dispatch notification, and expected the item to arrive as promised. Then, on the very day it was due to be delivered, I received another refund notification instead. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time.
Had I known this was going to happen, I would have purchased from a more reputable company instead of dealing with cancelled orders, delayed refunds, and false dispatch notifications.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience. I would not recommend this seller, and I expected much better from OnBuy for allowing this to happen.
