It caused me no end of stress.
Firstly no courier details were sent. When eventually i got a message with the tracking number and a date of delivery. Checked tracking number with courier, they had not received it. Spent hours on the phone trying to find out what was going on.
Spent the day waiting in for the delivery that never came.
Requested a refund, which cane several days later. Then gets a nofication saying bike is on its way.
So after 2 weeks. I get the bike.
Now, have to pay for it.
Seller gave no apology for my stress or inconvenince.
Would not buy from them again.
If you want a bike on time shop elsewhere.
Communication is a nightmare both OnBuy and CTBikes are impossible to deal with. No urgency, no accountability, just empty promises. If you actually want to receive what you paid for, go elsewhere.
