Do not use this seller. Paid for item 16 days ago and still waiting on it. No contact from seller and nothing from onbuy either. Will not be using onbuy again ever. Shocking experience from onbuy and the seller. Still awaiting a refund. Disgrace

I'm reviewing both the OnBuy marketplace and the companies they allow on their platform.

Three orders, first two were cancelled, first, 'undeliverable address' was the excuse, yeh, we get that a lot in Glasgow, not! Second cancelled because the item was 'damaged' I ordered 3, were all three damaged, doubt it.

Finally this outfit fools me into believing it was despatched on the 26th July. Didn't arrive on delivery date, asked for tracking details, three times, nothing. Asked to wait a further 48-72 hours, that has now passed, still nothing and still no tracking data.

This has to be the worst buying experience in my short 65 years of life.

The three companies are all £1 companies registered in the last year or so, one with three address changes in several months, the whole thing just stinks.

I've requested a refund, we'll see how long that takes, but hey, I'll just do a Section 75 consumer credit act recall with my credit card company, that'll cost them more if I don't get the refund within 48 hours.

OnBuy, not much better, provide lengthy complaint, first person doesn't read it so need to repeat myself, second and third customer services rep does the same. Shocking.

Again, worst buying experience in my life.
