They sent me the wrong product. Contacted them immediately, and they advised would send me a return label to correct this. After nearly a month of follow up messages I still have not received a return label, only infuriating and condescending replies from them. Refund my item, you scammers.
This seller repeatedly lied about the delivery date of my item. They kept telling me 1-2 more days this has gone on for nearly a month. However today without notice they just refunded me for the item with no explanation, just a message to say the funds has been refunded.
I don’t expect onbuy to be dealing with such sham sellers.
The package never arrived after chasing daily for more than a week. Only thing to say… DON’T BUY ANTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER
